Does all of the artwork light up?

All of our artwork is able to be printed for a lit option, however, only our lightboxes illuminate the artwork from behind using LED technology. The lightbox option is selectable for each artwork under the “Product” drop down menu.

Can I print my own images?

Yes, you can request custom printing HERE. Once you fill out the form you will receive a PDF including pricing and information on how to send your image. 

How do I assemble my frame and fabric?

Assembly instructions are included in the package. You can view instructional videos HERE.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on location. The print and frame may arrive separately in two different packages.

How do I hang my frame?

Each order comes with hanging hardware specific to the frame selected. Screws and anchors are not included. Command strips and other adhesive stips will work if weight restrictions are observed.  BIG Wall Décor is not responsible for frames damaged due to incorrect hanging hardware.

Can I become an artist on BIG?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days, email tracking information to, and we will gladly refund you. *We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages or labels to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.*
