What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the full cost of your items. Please note that the shipping and handling fees from your initial purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning from the United States you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return your order to us, free of charge.
How do I return something to you from the US?
To initiate a return, please enter your email address and order number associated with your purchase in our return portal above. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received from us. Select the items that you would like to send back and select a reason for the return. Then a prepaid label or QR code will be created for you to use to send the items back.
How should I package my return?
When returning an item, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are packed properly and protected during shipping. Use the package that the items arrived in and package the materials as carefully as possible so that there are no loose frame pieces or items. If any of the items are returned damaged to us, we will assess the damage and will give a reduced refund. Items arriving with significant signs of use, damaged pieces, scratches, and that cannot be resold may incur a return deduction up to 50% of the purchased price.
Have you received my returned items?
Once we receive your returned items it can take up to 5-7 days to process your items and issue your refund. If you returned from the US, you can track the progress of your return by using the tracking number that can be found on the return label. Once your return has been inspected, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 3-5 business days to receive the payment.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
We’re not able to offer an exchange, however you can return the print only portion of your order for a refund and place a new order for an updated print of your choice. In order to do this, please select “Print Only Return” as the option in the return portal and follow the steps to receive a return shipping label. Once we receive back your print we will process a refund for that portion of the order. We recommend placing the new order right away so we can ship out your new print with no delay.
If I'm an international customer, how do I make a return?
Want to return something? No problem, as an International customer, you can return your package using any postal service. Unfortunately we are unable to supply a prepaid label and require you send it back at your own expense.
