Q&A
What is your creative process and how are you creating your work?
A long drive or a day outside gets things flowing.
How would you describe your style of artwork to someone?
Atmospheric and ambient.
How has your style changed over time?
It’s always changing, but rooted in the same nature. Often creating a mood based off of the subject, whatever it is at the time.
What is your goal with your artwork?
My goal is to draw out feeling from the viewer. I hope to bring the viewer to the place I’m at mentally and/or physically.
Who/what are your biggest creative influences?
The people around me & the sun.
Do your current or past locations influence your artistic choices?
Growing up right by Lake Michigan definitely influenced my interest in taking photos. Out of all the places I’ve been I’d still say it’s my favorite place to spend time/shoot. Everything in Washington is similar, just bigger.
Do you have a career outside of being an artist?
I work for the clothing brand Imperial Motion. I’ve been with them for 8 years now as the Media Manager and I shoot the lifestyle and product photography. They’re a great group of like minded, motivated people who inspire me and help me grow.
Our Happy Customers

When it arrives in a tube my first thought is how will the print look, BUT it is a special stretch fabric that is better than canvas and with the frame system, looks super cool and modern. Easy to assemble, easy to mount. Love this print too after our recent trip to the Amalfi coast.

I’ve spent many hours walking this area of Lake Michigan…this photo captures the essence beautifully!
