Aaron Rodgers Lists His Longtime Wisconsin Mansion for $3.7 Million

Aaron Rodgers has officially listed his longtime Wisconsin mansion for $3.7 million, marking a clear shift away from his Green Bay era. The property sits about 20 minutes from Lambeau Field, spans roughly 10,500 square feet, and sits on just over five acres. Built in 2003 and purchased by Rodgers in 2015 for about $1.74 million, the home reflects the peak of his time with the Packers and the lifestyle he built there.

Inside, the residence includes four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a long list of luxury features. There’s a full chef’s kitchen outfitted with professional-grade appliances and a butler’s pantry, hand-hewn hickory floors throughout the main level, and a lower level designed entirely for entertainment. That space includes a billiards room, arcade area, gym with a steam shower, wine room, and a private brick-walled theater.

The outdoor amenities match the interior’s scale. The property includes a tennis and pickleball court, a greenhouse, large landscaped lawn areas, and a stone patio with a fire pit. Everything together creates a home built not just for living but for hosting, training, and retreating during the years Rodgers played in Wisconsin.

Rodgers held onto the property even after leaving the Packers, first joining the New York Jets and later continuing his career elsewhere. The decision to list it now signals a more permanent move away from his Green Bay roots. For real-estate observers and fans, the sale represents more than a transaction. It marks the symbolic closing of one of the longest and most memorable chapters of Rodgers’ career.
