Thank you for shopping with Big Wall Décor. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and approved. Because many of our products are made to order, processing times vary depending on the product purchased.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping methods and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your order.

Some oversized products may be shipped via freight carrier. If your order ships via freight, additional delivery information or scheduling instructions may be provided by the carrier.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, destination, and applicable shipping method.

Shipping Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply to reroute or reship the order.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun or an order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will gladly assist in working with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the product and, if applicable, the shipping packaging. This information helps us review your claim and, when necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
