Here is exactly how to use our tool to create the perfect look for your space.

Step 1: Source or Generate Your Custom Pattern

You have complete creative control over your walls, and getting your design into the tool is incredibly simple:

• Upload your own file: If you already have a seamless pattern or a high-resolution photograph you want to repeat across the wall, you can upload it directly.

• Generate with AI: Can’t find a pattern that checks all your boxes? Use our integrated AI generator. The options are endless. You can prompt the specific elements, choose the art style, and dictate how large or small the graphics should be.

Step 2: Dial In Your Specific Layout Requirements

Our custom tool gives you the exact same professional material options as our standard wallpaper collections. Here is how to configure your layout:

• Choose your repeat type: This dictates how your pattern blocks line up next to each other.

  • Pro Tip: Some patterns will misalign if you change how they repeat. Always double-check the visual preview to ensure your pattern aligns perfectly before checking out.

• Select the repeat size: You can scale your pattern repeat anywhere from 2 inches up to the full width of the panel.

  • Pro Tip: Keep an eye on the quality indicator at the top of the page when scaling up. Making a pattern too large can sometimes lower the image sharpness.

Step 3: Enter Your Dimensions and Materials

Once your design is locked in, it’s time to fit it to your physical room:

• Input your measurements: Enter your exact wall dimensions and select your preferred panel width. Don't sweat the math! We automatically add a few inches of excess slack to each panel so you won't run short during installation.
