Martha Stewart Wants to Sell You Her House—Sort Of

Martha Stewart is offering a novel way into her lifestyle: build-your-own homes inspired by her signature properties. Through a collaboration with Marquee Brands and Hapi Homes, she has launched the “Iconic Estate Housing Collection,” which includes four designs modeled on her Bedford farmhouse, New York City Perry Street apartment, Maine summer retreat and East Hampton cottage. The collection offers both full-sized homes (starting at around $450,000) and accessory dwelling units (from about $150,000).

Each model mirrors the character of Stewart’s residences: the Bedford version features clapboard siding, fieldstone accents and brass details; the Perry Street option highlights modern minimalism with stucco and flat roofs; the Maine house channels a 1920s masonry aesthetic; and the East Hampton model evokes cedar siding, gabled roofs and large windows for a breezy coastal feel. Construction timelines are projected between four and twelve weeks. Stewart emphasizes personalization—advising homeowners to begin with a neutral backdrop, layer textures and natural materials, and bring in seasonal outdoor touches. The project blends high-end lifestyle branding with prefabricated building systems, positioning these homes as both aspirational and accessible. It also signals a shift in how design-minded buyers approach homes: not simply as shelters but as branded experiences aligned with a celebrated aesthetic. Stewart’s influence as a tastemaker now extends beyond rooms and interiors into actual dwellings people can inhabit, merging her media-driven reach with tangible architecture and lifestyle real estate.
