The Next Frontier for CG Art

The Next Frontier for CG Art

Do you love art? How about computer technology? If you answered yes to both of those questions, then you're going to love CG art. CGI, or computer generated imagery, is a type of art that uses computer software to create 3D images and videos. This form of art is relatively new, but it's growing in popularity fast. In this blog post, we'll take a look at the history of CGI and how it's changing what we hang on our walls.

Before CGI, artists used their hands to create beautiful art. But computers changed all that, giving many more people the ability to create visual art. Today, most of the work is done, or at least facilitated by machines and not people. With CGI you can create anything on an array of software platforms, from simple drawings to complex animations in just a few clicks of your mouse button (or touchpad). The possibilities are endless! And now more than ever before, CG art is being used in the world of wall decor.

Traditional hand made art is taking a backseat to graphic intense creations made by computers that speak to a new generation of art connoisseurs who can also appreciate the work that it takes to create fine CGI art.

The History Of CG Art.

In 1950s Hollywood, a young artist named Ed Catmull was hired by Disney Studios to work on their film Sleeping Beauty (1959). He would go on to become one of the most important people behind Pixar Animation Studios and DreamWorks Animation. While working on Sleeping Beauty, Catmull and his team pioneered the use of CGI to create animated movies. This was a huge step in the world of animation and set the stage for future generations of artists.

Today, CGI is used in all sorts of different ways. You can find it in video games, TV commercials, product images and even movies. The best part is that this technology allows artists to create art without having any physical objects or materials around them! As if that wasn't amazing enough, there's also the fact that CGI can be used in real life situations too - such as creating digital backdrops for live performances like concerts and plays.

CG Art for Wall Décor

CGI is truly changing the world of wall decor. And as technology continues to improve, we'll see more and more applications for this amazing art form. Move over traditional art - CG art is the new way to show off your style and impress your friends. These days, you can find CG art of all kinds on mainstream websites like Etsy and Amazon, proving that a new generation of art lovers is here to stay. There are a few reasons for this: first, CG art is affordable; second, there is a huge variety of styles to choose from; and third, it's easy to find artwork that matches your personal taste. This is the perfect storm for CG and the reason why this will continue to transform the artwork we hang in out home.
