Design Tips

What size does my image need to be?

All images should be at least 1800 x 1800 pixels. Anything smaller than that may print pixelated or blurry.

How do I calculate how many pixels my image is?

Our minimum DPI/PPI is 100. Please multiply the size of your image by 100 and you should have its size.

Example: If your image is 20″ x 30″, after each number is multiplied by 100, your image size is 2000 x 3000 pixels.

How do I know my image will look good?

If you add “Image Enhancement and Proof” option to your order, our team of Graphic Designers will take the time to thoroughly assess your file and send you a digital proof of your image before it is sent to production.

If our graphics team feels that your print is not high enough quality, they will let you know, and you will have the option to either submit a different file, or receive a refund for your order.

What does image enhancement cover?

Typically, our image enhancement covers image resolution, adjustment of color, and cropping adjustments.
