Self-taught, RS Artist is a French artist born in Nice (South of France) in the early 1990s. RS Artist is part of this new generation of artists combining both Pop Art and Street Art, delivering works in full colour, a clever mix of performance, strength and life. Q&A
What is your goal with your artwork and what motivates you?
Looking back at my creations I realized that from my very first painting, I created a very colorful, joyful and entertaining atmosphere. This fits my personality. I am a person who manages to draw positive contributions from every situation, even the most difficult ones. Each work contains a quantity of elements to allow the viewer to immerse themselves in it. My objective is to propose to each viewer a colored and positive parenthesis.
What are you influenced by?
My biggest influences are other contemporary artists, pop artists, street artists, the art of the renaissance, and photography.
Do your current or past locations influence your artistic choices?
Two cities influence my art; Montreal because it is the city where everything started, and Paris because it is the city where I draw my daily inspiration.
How did you acquire your nickname?
My nickname is simply my initials.
What projects are you currently working on or what’s next for you?
My next project will be a solo exhibition around the world. It will leave from Paris and cross all the continents.

The prints are amazing. I love the material and the colors are very vibrant. The actual looks better than what you see on the website. The frames were easy to assemble and mount. I had one missing piece and they responded right away and shipped the part to me overnight. The customer service is great! I would definitely recommend this site and will be purchasing more prints.
