Custom Artwork and Uploaded Content
If you upload an image, design, prompt, file, photograph, logo, artwork, or other content for a custom product, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals to reproduce, print, modify, and use that content.
You agree not to upload content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring it may legally be used for your requested product.
Big Wall Décor reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any custom order or uploaded content that we believe may be unlawful, infringing, offensive, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
AI-Generated Content
If you use our AI-powered tools to create custom artwork, you are responsible for reviewing the generated content and ensuring it is appropriate for your intended use. Big Wall Décor does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, error-free, or free from similarity to existing works.
You agree not to use our AI tools to generate content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or applicable laws.
Product Information and Orders
We work hard to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.
If a product is listed with incorrect information or an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or correct any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If your payment has already been processed and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order if payment is not authorized, fraudulent activity is suspected, inventory or production issues occur, or an account violates these Terms.
Payments
We accept payment through Shopify Payments powered by Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay, major credit cards, and other payment methods made available at checkout.

Returns and Cancellations

International Orders
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, and other costs associated with international orders. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless expressly stated at checkout.
Big Wall Décor is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, or international shipping carriers.
