I’m an American digital artist heavily inspired by Pop Art, retro aesthetics, Anime and Japanese culture. I love exploring new ways to upcycle nostalgia into new designs.

Q&A
What is your goal with your artwork and what motivates you?
I don’t have a specific goal in mind, I just have ideas of what I want to make and do my best to do as many of them as I can. What drives me is always trying to learn new things and improve my skill.
What projects are you currently working on or what's next for you?
I’m always working on a lot of things but the main project I’m working on right now is inspired by 80s/90s era recordable VHS tape packaging designs.
What other hobbies do you have?
As a former game developer it’s nice to be able to play games again without it feeling like work. I also like to run, catch up on anime and do research for my Japanese streetwear blog.
What brands best represent your style?
Human Made, Visvim and RRL
Who/what are your biggest creative influences?
Takashi Murakami, Andy Warhol, Neal Stephenson and Nigo.
I use Adobe Photoshop, pencil, ink and paper. All of my illustrations and abstract calligraphy lines start on paper with pencil or ink first. It feels the most natural for me and I get the best result starting traditionally. I'll then bring those designs into Photoshop to create the final digital designs.
